While placing your order, you can provide us with a personalised message and it will be beautifully transcribed onto the card that is sent alongside your bouquet.
In case no one is available at the address for the delivery, how is it handled?
Our couriers will ensure that the flowers being delivered will always be received. If the recipient is not available, the bouquet will be left with either a neighbour or a safe place within the recipient’s address. If none of these options are available, the bouquet will be returned to the flower shop and the recipient will be informed to either pick it up or schedule redelivery. We do our utmost to ensure that every thoughtful gift remains in optimal condition for the intended recipient.

With that being said, it is our commitment to maintain a consistent with the quality and quantity of the blooms, which is why every bouquet is crafted with care and attention to detail.

To maximise the lifespan of your cut roses, start by removing the ends of the stems. This should be done at a 45-degree angle to allow for easier water absorption. Placing the roses in a chamber of water will keep the bacteria from being able to flourish and provide nourishment required for further growth. To do this, fill up a clean vase with fresh water at room temperature along with the provided flower food or some sugar. Sugar can be replaced with an alternative as it works equally if not better.
In order to optimise hydration, keep the roses in cool temperatures free from sunlight, heating currents, and draughts while changing the water every two to three days. It is also important to cover the vase in each instance and clean it thoroughly. From time to time the stems have to be cut in order to maintain proper hydration. Avoid placing the vase near ripening fruits because they produce ethylene gas which accelerates wilting.
